Mr. Richardson is the co-founder of Plantacor with over 30 years of executive, administrative, operational, and management experience with life science & biotechnology businesses worldwide. Leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Chief Operations Officer, and Vice President. A proven entrepreneur in generating new business opportunities, exploiting market niches, and establishing strategic business relationships around the world. He is an executive committee member of the Texas A&M International Board, a former trustee of the Texas A&M Research Foundation, and a former director & chairman of the Brazos Valley Worldfest in College Station. He has been a director of companies in the US, Italy, India, and a member of the A&M Research Park Advisory Committee. Additionally, he is a member and past chairman of the College of Agriculture Development Council and an advisor to the Academy of Future International Leaders at Texas A&M University. Mr. Richardson holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and completed an executive management program at the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University.

Mr. Grage has over 26 years experience in therapeutic product development and technology management. His drug development expertise started with tumor drugs at MD Anderson Cancer Center and cardiovascular drugs at Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Ortho, and Corvas. Additionally, Mr. Grage was responsible for the development of diabetes and cardiovascular disease therapeutics while employed at Roche Corporation (formerly Boehringer Mannheim) and LifeScan (a Johnson and Johnson company). His many achievements include the launching of 16 medical products, 14-issued patents, and 4 pending applications. As an entrepreneur, he has consulted with established companies from large Pharma to multinationals and startups. Leadership roles include President, Director of Research and Development, Vice President of Research, Development, and Engineering. Mr. Grage holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University in Biochemistry, and an M.S. degree from the University of Texas in Molecular Biology.
Sean R. Terrazas
Business Development and Financials Analytics
Mr. Terrazas has over 17 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, and financial services. He plays a key role in identifying developmental pathways for research funding, partnering, and product commercialization. Mr. Terrazas achieves this through an intricate network built on personal relationships with small and mid-sized Pharma, brokers, bankers, and other professionals – relationships utilized to fuel a business development engine. He is involved in the interactions and negotiations with perspective partners, and works closely with Management in achieving the strategic goals of the Company. In addition, Mr. Terrazas provides in-depth analysis on alliance feasibility, current markets, competitive alliances, and assists in strategic planning and implementation. He also works closely with Management in business plan preparation, quantitative financial analysis, and financial management. Most recently, he has worked with several North American companies to form successful alliances for the marketing and distribution of DESI injectable products. He also worked with Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. as one of the lead consultants to bring a 505b(2) version of Nexium to the US marketplace – a $6B plus drug. Mr. Terrazas holds a B.S. degree in Journalism / Public Relations from Texas A&M University.
